Our Bird Production Policy:
Our goal is to provide a healthy non-medicated fully feathered flight conditioned wild bird. We also offer the necessary information and assistance for your success when utilizing bobwhite quail for your specific needs.
In producing our chicks we practice approved and recommended methods of egg selection. We use strict sanitary and disease control methods in our hatchery and in our everyday ranch operations. We are a bio-secure and disease free tested facility.
All chicks are hatched from US Pullorum - Typhoid clean eggs. Eggs are hatched weekly from April through October. We participate in the US Dept. of Agriculture, and Oklahoma Dept. of Agriculture Animal Health Inspection Services, also known as the NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) and guarantee that our quail are tested and deemed healthy. We send with each quail shipment legal health documents and legal aquisition papers.

Guarantee:
We guarantee 100% live delivery. We guarantee that you will receive full count of live healthy quail. If losses should occur in a shipment we will make an adjustment either by replacement or by refund at the discretion of head of operations at the Quail Ranch.
We guarantee our chicks and adult birds to be healthy when leaving our ranch. Extra efforts and strict guidelines are practiced to insure your birds will thrive.
We cannot be responsible for how they are treated during shipping or once they reach their destination. We can assume no liability for their continuing health, safe arrival, or for any other poultry or people in which the chicks or adult birds may come into contact. Our liability for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid for on any goods or services claimed to be inadequate.
All our quail, chicks and adults, are guaranteed to be of quality, healthy, and breed as represented.
Privacy Policy:
We do not in any way share our client information with anyone, period.
Any contact or personal information, including email address, telephone number, address, ordering information, buying habits, or anything else which is provided by our clients is used solely for the purpose of completing the client order. Financial information, including credit or debit card numbers, is used solely to bill the client for their order.
All of your information is considered extremely confidential
and will not be provided to anyone or any other company.

Place your Order Early to insure availability! Best Policy is to order early. Don’t be left out. All chick prices include special chick transport box. And are boxed on a straight run basis.
Orders are reserved in the order they are placed and paid for.
Minimum Order Size:
We have no minimums on how many quail you are required to buy, whether it is chicks or started quail, or adult quail, when picked up here at the ranch.
Terms:
There are No hidden box or handling fees
Orders should be placed at least 3 weeks prior to desired date of need
Deposit confirms booking date
We accept most major credit and debit cards,
money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.
Money orders and cashiers checks are available
through your local bank or post office.
If you send a personal check, Please allow at least 2 weeks for the check to clear prior to shipment.
Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $35.00 fee

No birds will be shipped without payment

We choose to have all your birds shipped by Express Mail, it is typically next day delivery, but usually a 2 day service guarantee.
Express Mail is quicker in the delivery, which in turn will provide you less stressed birds.
Express Mail makes it easier meeting USPS's requirement for timely delivery and provides us with a tracking number.
Usually the Post Office will phone you when the bird shipment arrives and will ask you to pick them up.
Please include your telephone number when placing your order as this number will be posted on the shipping box.
It is a good idea to phone or visit your local post office in advance and ask about their procedures and let them know of your expected shipment of bobwhite quail.
