Our Bird Production Policy:

In producing our chicks we practice approved and recommended methods of egg selection. We use strict sanitary and disease control methods in our hatchery and in our everyday ranch operations. 

All chicks are hatched from US Pullorum - Typhoid clean eggs.  Eggs are hatched weekly from April through October.  Shipments are sent for delivery on Mondays and Tuesdays weekly, immediately following hatching. 

Due to occasional natural occurrences, such as egg laying slumps, and or possible mechanical failure, such as incubator problems, and variable order demand, we cannot guarantee 100% that your order will be filled on the exact date stated when your order receipt was confirmed. 

In this case, if your order is delayed, your order will be shipped as close to your order date requirement as soon as possible.

We will notify you by email or telephone with the expected delivery date and confirmation of the date and time your order actually shipped.

Guarantee:

We guarantee 100% live delivery of chicks paid for. 

Please examine the chicks at the time of delivery to be sure they arrived in good condition.  We include 4 - 5% extra chicks in every order at no charge; this helps fulfill our guarantee that you will receive full count of chicks paid for. 

We guarantee our chicks and adult birds to be healthy when leaving our ranch. Extra efforts and strict guidelines are practiced to insure your birds will thrive. 

We cannot be responsible for how they are treated during shipping or once they reach their destination.  We can assume no liability for their continuing health, safe arrival, or for any other poultry or people in which the chicks or adult birds may come into contact. Our liability for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid for on any goods or services claimed to be inadequate. 

All our quail, chicks and adults, are guaranteed to be of quality,

healthy, and breed as represented.

Privacy Policy:

We do not in any way share our client information with anyone, period. 

Any contact or personal information, including email address, telephone number, address, ordering information, buying habits, or anything else which is provided by our clients is used solely for the purpose of completing the client order.  Financial information, including credit or debit card numbers, is used solely to bill the client for their order. 

All of your information is considered extremely confidential

and will not be provided to anyone or any other company.
