When placing your order with Quail Ranch of Oklahoma,

you can be confident that you have made the best choice for

superior day old chicks and explosive hardy flight birds.

Place your Order Early to insure availability!

Orders are reserved in the order they are placed and paid for.

Minium Order Size:

Chick Minimum is 50 - Picked up at Ranch.

Chick Minimum is 100 - for Shipping through USPS.

This insures they will keep warm during shipping.

All chicks are straight run only.

Terms:

All chick prices include special chick shipping boxes

There are No hidden box or handling fees

Orders should be placed at least 3 weeks prior to desired date of arrival

Deposit confirms booking date

A 50% non-refundable security deposit will book your order

and payment in full must be made before shipping of your order

Best Policy is to order early. Don't be left out.

Payment Methods:                

We accept most major credit and debit cards,

money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. 

Money orders and cashiers checks are available

through your local bank or post office. 

If you send a personal check, Please allow at least 2 weeks

for the check to clear prior to shipment. 

Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $35.00 fee

Please do not send cash  ----  Sorry but COD's are no longer accepted

All orders must be pre-paid

No birds will be shipped without payment - No exceptions

Oklahoma Sales Tax will apply to all orders shipped or received

in Oklahoma unless you have a tax exemption permit.

All chicks are sent to you by USPS Express Mail Only 

We will call or email you the day your order is shipped

so you can plan on their expected arrival.

We ship chicks every Monday and Tuesday weekly.

Chicks are shipped in heavy weight chick shipping boxes with an

absorbent non-slip pad in the bottom of the box.

Please follow directions on package.

We choose to have all your chicks shipped by Express Mail

because it is typically next day delivery.  Express Mail is quicker

in the delivery, which in turn will provide you less stressed chicks. 

Express Mail makes it easier meeting USPS's requirement for timely

delivery and provides us with a tracking number.

Occasionally the Post Office will deliver your chicks, but usually they

will phone you when the chicks arrive and ask you to pick them up. 

Please include your telephone number when placing your order

as this number will be posted on the shipping box. 

It is a good idea to phone or visit your local post office in advance and

ask about their procedures and let them know of your expected

shipment of baby chicks. 

At this time we only ship within the United States. 

We do not export chicks or adult birds out of the U.S.
